Tulare County Alcoholism Council, Inc. is a not for profit organization located in Visalia, California. Established in 1971 as Visalia Halfway House and later Pine Manor, Tulare County Alcoholism Council eventually grew into six distinct models of Alcohol and Drug recovery programs.

Our programs are licensed and certified by the State of California, Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
